Black cardamom, crushed |

| Method |
Peel the eggs, cut into two and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan or kadahi over medium-high heat, add cumin, bay leaf and
cardamom and let it splutter. Now add onions, ginger, garlic and green chilies
and cook until brown, now add tomatoes, stir, cover and cook until tender. Now
add all the powdered spices with1 cup of water and cook until oil comes out on
the surface. Add hot water, cover and cook until gravy becomes thick, add eggs,
stir and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
