Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |

Heat ghee or oil in apan or kadahi, add onions, ginger and green chilies and
cook until brown, add tomatoes and cook until tender and oil comes out on
surface, now crack the egg in a bowl, and add it to the pan, stir continuously
to make bhurji, add all the powdered spices and chopped coriander, stir and
cook until perfectly done. Serve.
