Spinach,washed, boiled and pureed |

Oil or ghee |
3 tablespoons |

Fresh cream |

Grated paneer, for garnish |

| Method |
Heat oil in a pan or kadahi over medium-high heat, add paneer pieces and fry
until light brown, drain and set aside.
Into the same pan, add cumin seeds and whole red chilies and let it splutter,
now add onions and cook for 2 minutes, add ginger, green chilies and garlic and cook until
light brown. Now add tomatoes, stir, cover and cook over medium-low heat,
until tender. Now add all the powdered spices with 1/2 cup of water and cook
until oil comes out on the surface. Add spinach puree and paneer, cover and
cook over low heat for 20 minutes until thickens. Garnish it with grated paneer
and fresh cream and serve.
