Ingredients

Wheat flour |

Methi leaves, washed & finely chopped |
1 cup, packed |

Cumin seeds |
1/4 teaspoon |

Green chilies, finely chopped |

Red chili powder, optional |
1/4 teaspoon |

Water |
to knead the dough |

Salt |
to taste |
| Method |
|
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl, add water and knead it into a
soft dough, set aside for 20 minutes. roll into several parantha and cook over
hot griddle [tava] until golden. Serve.
