Green Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients
1 Potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed 2
2 Peas, boiled 1+ 1/2 cups
3 French beans, boiled 1 + 1/2 cups
4 Corn flour 2 tablespoons
5 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
6 Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
7 Salt to taste
8 Mava or khoya 2 tablespoons
9 Paneer, grated 2 tablespoons
10 Almonds, chopped 5
11 Cashews, chopped 6
12 Walnuts, finely chopped 6
13 Oil for frying
For green paste-
14 Green chilies, chopped 4
15 Ginger, chopped 1 teaspoon
16 Pudina[mint] leaves 1 cup
17 Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup
Method
Blend all the ingredients of green paste, French beans and peas in a blender, and transfer to a bowl, now add mashed potatoes, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and corn flour into it, mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, mix paneer, mava, almonds, cashews and walnuts and make small balls out of it, now stuff these balls into green mixture and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Serve.
Servings -8-10
Introduction of the dish
You can serve these cutlets either for breakfast or as a snack. If the green mixture becomes too wet, you can add more corn flour.
