| Method |
|
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium-high heat, add onions, green chilies and
cook until lightly browned, now add all the vegetables, stir and cook on low
until tender. Now in a separate bowl, beat the eggs with red chili powder, salt
and garam masala, pour this into the pan and constantly stir it to make
scrambled eggs. Add chopped coriander, stir well and serve.
