Scrambled Eggs With Vegetables

Ingredients
1 Eggs 4
2 Onions, finely chopped 2
3 Green chilies, finely chopped 3
4 Spring onions or green onions, finely chopped 2
5 Green bell pepper, finely chopped 1/2
6 Tomato, finely chopped 1
7 Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
8 Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
9 Salt to taste
10 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
11 Oil or ghee 2 tablespoons
Method
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium-high heat, add onions, green chilies and cook until lightly browned, now add all the vegetables, stir and cook on low until tender. Now in a separate bowl, beat the eggs with red chili powder, salt and garam masala, pour this into the pan and constantly stir it to make scrambled eggs. Add chopped coriander, stir well and serve.
