| Method |

Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add onions and green chilies
and cook until light brown, now add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. In a
separate bowl, beat the eggs with red chili powder, salt and garam masala,
pour this into the pan, by constantly stirring it to make the scrambled eggs.
Add chopped coriander, stir for 1 minute and serve.
