Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

Ghee |
1 + 1/2 tablespoons |
| Method |
Heat ghee in a pan, add beaten eggs, by constantly stirring it to make
scrambled eggs. Drain and transfer to the plate.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add onions and green chilies and
cook until light brown, now add green onions and bell pepper, stir and cook
until tender. Now add rice, salt and soy sauce, stir to coat well. Now add
scrambled eggs and chopped coriander, stir and serve.

This is most commonly served in Chinese restaurants. But
you can now make it in your own kitchen as well. If you like it more spicy,
add red chili flakes or red chili powder, whatever you have on hand.
