| Method |
|
Heat oil or ghee in a pan or griddle [tava] over medium-high heat, crack one
egg at a time, directly into the pan, turn when cook on one side and cook on
the other side as well. When perfectly done, remove from the pan and place on
a bread slice, sprinkle with salt and red chili powder, cover it with another
bread slice and serve. Repeat this process with second egg and serve.

Full-fried egg means, perfectly cooked on both the sides. You
can also add cumin powder or chat masala to it, if you like it more spicy.
