| Method |

Wash all dals and vegetables well, transfer them to the pressure cooker with 3 cups of water and salt and cook for 2-3 whistles. Turn off the heat and let it open.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add onions and cook until light brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and cook for 2 minutes, add tomatoes, garam masala and red chili powder and cook until tomatoes becomes tender. Add cooked dal and vegetable mixture, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish it with ghee and chopped coriander and serve.
