Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
|
Combine rice, curd, salt and desiccated coconut, mix well to combine.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add mustard seeds and let it splutter,
now add ginger and green chilies and cook for 1 minute. Pour this tadka over
rice. Stir, add chopped coriander, stir again and serve.
