Ingredients
1 Curd 4 cups
2 Boondi 2 cups
3 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
4 Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
5 Salt 1 teaspoon
6 Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
Method
Soak the boondi in hot water for 2 minutes, strain and set aside. Beat the curd well, mix all the ingredients together and serve.

Boondi are the itty-bitty balls of gram flour, also known as besan.
