Noodles, boiled |

Corn kernels, boiled |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
Combine vinegar, garlic and whole red chilies and blend it to a smooth paste, set aside.
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic-chili paste and fry for 30 seconds. Now add capsicum and corn kernels and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add noodles, stir, then add soy sauce and salt, stir well to coat all over, garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
