Chili-Corn Noodles

Ingredients
1 Noodles, boiled 2 cups
2 Corn kernels, boiled 1 cup
3 Garlic 8 cloves
4 Green bell pepper, thinly sliced 1
5 Whole dried red chilies 3
6 Vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
7 Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
8 Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
9 Butter 2 tablespoons
10 Salt to taste
11 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Method
Combine vinegar, garlic and whole red chilies and blend it to a smooth paste, set aside.
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic-chili paste and fry for 30 seconds. Now add capsicum and corn kernels and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add noodles, stir, then add soy sauce and salt, stir well to coat all over, garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
