Mava or khoya, crumbled |

Almonds, blanched & sliced |

| Method |
Put carrots and milk into cooker, put the lid on, bring to a full pressure on high heat, remove cooker immediately from the heat, and let it open.
Now open the lid and place the cooker with carrots on high heat, add sugar and cook until all the moisture is absorbed by constantly stirring it. Now add mava and ghee and cook until ghee comes out on the surface, add almonds, stir to mix well and serve.
