Ready- roasted chicken, cut into pieces |

Onions , finely chopped |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
|
Heat oil in pan or kadahi, add garlic and quickly fry before it browns. Now
add onions and cook until light brown, now add chicken, stir and then add
masala paste and stir to coat the chicken well. Now add chicken stock or
water and cook until thick. Garnish it with coriander and serve hot.
