Ingredients
1 Boneless chicken pieces of 1 chicken
2 Oil, ghee or butter 3 tablespoons
3 Onions , finely chopped 3
4 Ginger- garlic paste 1 tablespoon
5 Cinnamon stick 1 small
6 Green cardamom , crushed 4
7 Eggs , beaten 2
8 Ground almond 5 tablespoons
9 Sugar 1 tablespoon
10 Cream 1 cup
11 Slivered almonds for garnish
12 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Method
Heat ghee in a pan, add cinnamon and cardamom, stir. Now add onions and fry until light brown, now add ginger- garlic paste and cook for 2 mins. Now add chicken and fry for 15 mins by occasionally stirring it. In a bowl mix, eggs, sugar, ground almonds. Now pour this mixture in a pan over very low heat. Now add cream and simmer gently for 5 mins, until chicken is tender. Garnish with almonds and coriander and serve.
