| Method |
|
Heat ghee in a pan, add cinnamon and cardamom, stir. Now add onions and
fry until light brown, now add ginger- garlic paste and cook for 2 mins. Now
add chicken and fry for 15 mins by occasionally stirring it. In a bowl mix,
eggs, sugar, ground almonds. Now pour this mixture in a pan over very low
heat. Now add cream and simmer gently for 5 mins, until chicken is tender.
Garnish with almonds and coriander and serve.
