Chicken , cleaned and cut into small pieces |

Onions , finely chopped |

Ginger - garlic paste |

Turmeric powder |
1/4 teaspoon |

Red chili powder |

Coriander powder |
2 teaspoons |

Salt |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |

In a bowl, add curd, 1 teaspoon of ginger - garlic paste, salt and chicken
pieces and mix them well. Set aside for 2 hours. Heat oil in a pan, add
onions and fry until light brown, now add rest of the ginger- garlic paste
and cook for other 2 mins. Now add powdered spices with water and cook
until oil comes out. Now add chicken mixture and sufficient water, bring to
a boil, cover and cook until chicken is tender. Garnish it with chopped green
coriander.
