Chicken , cut into large pieces |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
Heat oil in a pan or karahi over medium-high heat, add onions and fry for 3 minutes, now add ginger-garlic paste and cook until browned. Add tomatoes and all the powdered spices together with 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil comes out on the surface.
Now add chicken and cook until brown and all the moisture is absorbed. Now add enough water to make the gravy, bring to a boil, cover and cook until all the chicken is cooked through and the gravy becomes thick. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
