Chicken , cleaned and cut into small pieces |

Cashew - almond paste |
a handful ground smoothly |

Tomatoes, puree it in blender |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry till light brown. Now add cinnamon
stick and stir. Then add ginger - garlic paste and cook for another 2 mins.
Now add all the powdered spices, tomato puree and cashew - almond
paste with water, bring to a boil and cook until oil comes out. Now add
chicken, colour and sufficient amount of water, bring to a boil, cover it and
cook until soft and gravy is thick. Add butter, garnish it with green coriander
and serve hot with roti or rice.
