Plain Dosa

Rava Dosa

This is the common people food. To check whether idlis are

means the idli is cooked.

rice etc. Hence an addition of certain herbs,spices and condiments, or a sum of all
these add a unique taste and aroma to the dish.
Idlis, dosas, sambar and vadas are most widely eaten by vegetarians.
The final tempering with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chili and urad dal is
almost the same for most of the dishes.
The Andhra cuisine has a great Mughlai impact. Their food is known for it's spiciness
and hotness. The kababs and biryanis are not to be missed.
