Corn flour, mixed with 2 tablespoon of cold water |

Garlic paste |

| Method |
|
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, wine, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and 1/4 cup of
water and stir until sugar dissolves. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger
and garlic paste and stir for 1 min.Now add onion and fry until light brown.
Now add vegetables and fry for another 2 mins.Now add soy sauce mixture
and stir, then add corn flour mixture and salt, stir until thickens. Sweet and
sour sauce is ready.
