Boneless chicken , cut into small pieces |

Sweet and sour sauce |

| For batter- |

Corn flour |

All purpose flour [maida] |

Egg , beaten |

Green chili , finely chopped |

| Method |

Rub the chicken pieces well with salt and red chili powder, set aside for
30 mins. Mix all the ingredients of batter in a bowl. Drain the chicken
pieces and put it in the batter, stir the chicken to coat all over, deep fry
the chicken in hot oil and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add
all the chopped vegetables and cook for 3 mins on high. Now add chicken,
salt and sweet and sour sauce, stir and cook for 2 mins. Garnish it with
chopped onions and serve.
