| Method |

Soak the soy chunks in hot salted water for 10 mins.Drain it and remove the
excess water by pressing it when cool. Now blend together the soy chunks,
potatoes, bread pieces, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt
to a thick mixture. Take a baking dish, grease it with oil, now pour the soy
batter to it .cook it in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins until brown.
Cool the pie, cut into slices and serve.
