Ingredients

Pita bread , cut in halves and make a slit to look like pocket |

Paneer , cut into cubes |

| For marinade- |

Hung curd |

Ginger-garlic paste |
1+ 1/2 tablespoons |

Tandoori masala powder |
2 teaspoons |

Pepper powder |
1 teaspoon |

Salt |
to taste |
| Method |

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of marinade, now add paneer pieces
coat all the pieces well with the marinade and set aside for 30 mins.
Thread all the paneer pieces in wooden skewers and bake in preheated
oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins or until the tikkas are light brown.
Fill the pita pockets with paneer tikkas and put it back in the oven to just
heat the pita pockets for 5 mins. Serve hot.

This recipe is a beautiful fusion of Asian and Mediterranian
flavors.For hung curd, wrap the normal curd in muslin cloth
and hang overnight so that all the water is
drained out.
