Pan-Fried Noodles

Ingredients
1 Noodles 200 grams
2 Cabbage, chopped 1+ 1/2 cups
3 Green bell pepper or capsicum, chopped 1
4 French beans, chopped 6
5 Green onions , chopped 1 cup
6 Carrot, chopped 1
7 Onion , thinly sliced 1
8 Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
9 Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
10 Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
11 Corn flour, mixed with 2 tablespoon of cold water 1 tablespoon
12 Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
13 Cooking oil 1 +1/2 tablespoons
14 Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
15 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
16 Salt to taste
Method
Boil the noodles in a large pan until cooked, drain well, Take noodles in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of corn flour and coat well, fry it in hot oil, drain and put it on a platter. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it for 1 mins.Now add onions and fry until light brown, now add all the vegetables, salt and fry for 5 mins or until tender, now add all the spices, soy sauce, sugar and 1 +1/2 cups of water. Then add corn flour mixture, bring to a boil until thickens. Pour this gravy over fried noodles and serve hot.

Introduction of the dish
Rice noodles and cellophane noodles can be fried in deep hot oil straight from the packet.Other noodles need to be cooked first, then well drained and spread on a large plate lined with paper towels to dry for atleast 30 mins.A little oil can be sprinkled over noodles to prevent sticking. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the noodles until brown.
