| Method |
|
Soak the rice noodles for 2 hours. Drain well and set aside. Heat oil in a
wok [Chinese pan], add garlic and noodles and fry .Now add beaten egg
and cook, then add all the ingredients together and cook well. Garnish it
with peanuts and coriander and serve hot.
