| Method |
|
Wash the rice well and soak it for 30 mins.Heat oil in a pan, add onions and
fry until light brown. add chopped capsicum and fry for 2 mins on high
Now add rice and stir for 3 mins, just to coat every grain with oil, then add
peas, all the powdered spices and stock, bring to a boil, cover and simmer
until rice becomes tender and fluffy.
