| For sauce- |

| Method |
For stuffing- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan, add onion, chopped mushrooms, green chilies, coriander powder , salt and pepper and sauté it.
For sauce- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan, add onion and garlic and cook until light brown, now add cheese, cream, salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped parsley and cook for 5 minutes until thickens.
Stuff the pancakes with mushroom mixture and fold them. Pour the sauce over pancakes, garnish it with chopped parsley and cheese and serve.
