| Method |
Dip each of the corn tortilla in Mexican enchilada sauce, stuff it with stuffing of your choice and roll it and put it in a greased baking pan, pour enchilada sauce, cheese sauce and grated cheese on top of the rolls and bake it for 2 minutes.
Garnish it with chopped onions, shredded lettuce, avocado dip and sour cream and serve.
