Sweet and sour sauce |

| Method |

Take cauliflower, potato, carrot and baby corns in a bowl, add salt
and red chili powder, mix well and set aside for 30 mins.Drain all
the water add corn flour, coat well and deep fry in hot oil until
brown. Now heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add onions, green onions,
capsicum and green chilies and cook for 2 mins.Now add sweet and
sour sauce and stir, then add fried vegetables, mix well and serve.
