Ingredients
1 Boneless and skinless chicken breasts 2
2 Onions, chopped 2
3 Garlic, chopped 4 cloves
4 Parsley or fresh coriander, finely chopped 3 tablespoons
5 Olive oil 3 tablespoons
6 Paprika or red chili powder 1 teaspoon
7 Tomatoes, pureed 3
8 Sugar (optional) 1 teaspoon
9 White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
10 Red chili paste 1 teaspoon
11 Cloves 4
12 Salt to taste
Method
Marinate chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika powder and salt for at least 4 hours. Then grill it.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and garlic and cook until light brown, now add tomato puree, red chili paste, clove powder, salt and pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes. add sugar and stir.
Place the grilled chicken pieces in a plate, pour the sauce over chicken pieces. Garnish it with chopped parsley or coriander and serve.
