Chicken broth , reduced sodium, fat-free |

| Method |

Heat oil in a deep skillet [pan] over medium-high heat, sprinkle both the
sides of chicken with salt and pepper and cook until slightly brown on both
the sides. Remove the chicken; now add garlic and sauté for 2 mins. Then add
tomato paste, stir, then add chicken stock and stir well to scrape the drippings
from the bottom of the pan. Now add vinegar and honey and reduce it to 1 cup
. Add chicken back to the pan, reduce the heat and cook until thickens [for 30
mins] and becomes a dark mahogany glaze, serve.
