Ingredients

Chinese cabbage, shredded |

Peanut oil |

Cooked rice |

Warm chicken broth or chicken stock |

Fresh ginger, finely grated |

Chinese wine or dry sherry |

Sesame oil |

Green onions, finely chopped |

| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Now add stock and cooked rice and simmer for 30 minutes, until the rice
becomes very soft. Add cabbage and green onions and simmer for 7
minutes, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. Now add wine and sesame oil,
stir and serve.
