Ingredients
1 Skinless and boneless chicken breasts, minced 1 large
2 Egg whites, beaten until frothy 2
3 Creamed corn 2 cans
4 Chicken broth or chicken stock 6 cups
5 Corn flour, dissolved in 3 tablespoons of cold water 1 tablespoon
6 Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
7 Salt to taste
8 Chinese wine or dry sherry 2 tablespoons
9 Cold water 2 tablespoons
Method
Boil the chicken stock in a large pan over high heat, add minced chicken, egg whites, salt and mix well. Now add corn flour mixture, return to a boil and cook until thickens, for about 1 minute. Now add Chinese wine and sesame oil, stir and simmer for 5 minutes. serve.
