Ingredients

Skinless and boneless chicken breasts, minced |

Egg whites, beaten until frothy |

Corn flour, dissolved in 3 tablespoons of cold water |

Chinese wine or dry sherry |

| Method |
|
Boil the chicken stock in a large pan over high heat, add minced chicken, egg
whites, salt and mix well. Now add corn flour mixture, return to a boil and
cook until thickens, for about 1 minute. Now add Chinese wine and sesame
oil, stir and simmer for 5 minutes. serve.
