Ingredients
1 Szechwan peppercorns powder 1+ 1/2 teaspoons
2 Green onions [or scallions], chopped 3 bunches
3 Red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
4 Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
5 Sesame oil 1 +1/2 tablespoons
6 Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
7 Chicken or vegetable stock 3 tablespoons
8 Hot oil 2 teaspoons
Method
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.Stir and serve.

Introduction of the dish
This is a classic Chinese szechwan hot sauce. If you do not like it too hot, lower the amount of peppercorns.
