| Method |
|
Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry
for 1 minute. Now add soy sauce, white wine vinegar, rice vinegar, ketchup,
pineapple juice, brown sugar, salt, pepper and honey, stir , bring to a boil,
now add cornstarch mixture, again bring to a boil and cook until thickens.
Serve.
