| For dressing- |

Rice wine vinegar |

Sesame oil |

Sugar |
2 teaspoons |

Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons |

Hot chili oil |
1 teaspoon |

Garlic, minced |
2 cloves |

| Method |
Boil a good quantity of water in a large pan, add egg noodles and cook
according to the package directions, drain, toss with 1 teaspoon of sesame
oil and set aside.
Combine sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, hot chili oil, garlic, salt and
pepper in a bowl, whisk well to dissolve sugar. Place the noodles in a serving
platter, top with chicken and cucumbers, and pour the dressing over, lightly
toss to coat the noodles and chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
