Chinese Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
1 Egg noodles 10 ounces
2 Cooked chicken, shredded 1 cup
3 Bean sprouts 1 cup4
4 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and shredded 1
5 Toasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
For dressing-
6 Rice wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
7 Sesame oil 4 tablespoons
8 Sugar 2 teaspoons
9 Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
10 Hot chili oil 1 teaspoon
11 Garlic, minced 2 cloves
12 Salt to taste
13 Black pepper powder to taste
Method
Boil a good quantity of water in a large pan, add egg noodles and cook according to the package directions, drain, toss with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and set aside.
Combine sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, hot chili oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl, whisk well to dissolve sugar. Place the noodles in a serving platter, top with chicken and cucumbers, and pour the dressing over, lightly toss to coat the noodles and chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

Introduction of the dish
This is a cold noodle dish with sweet and tangy dressing, if you like things more spicy, increase the quantity of hot chili oil.
