| For dressing- |

Garlic, minced |

Peanut oil |
1/ 2 cup |

Sesame oil |

Chinese wine or dry sherry |
2 tablespoons |

Salt |
to taste |

Ginger, finely grated |

Light Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon |

Any mild vinegar |
4 tablespoons |
| Method |
Combine all the ingredients of dressing either in a shaker or bowl, mix
well to combine.
In a large salad bowl, combine shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, lychees
and bamboo shoots, mix. Now pour the dressing over the vegetables, toss
well to coat all over. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
