| For dressing- |

Rice vinegar |

Ginger, finely grated |

Light Soy sauce |

| Method |
|
Combine all the ingredients of dressing in a bowl, whisk well to incorporate.
In a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, onion, tomatoes, arugula and mizuna
leaves, mix well. Now pour the dressing over the vegetables, toss well to
coat all the vegetables. Garnish it with chopped cilantro leaves and serve.
