Rice vermicelli |

Shelled raw prawns |

Peanut oil |

Garlic, minced |

Ginger, finely grated |

Chinese wine or dry sherry |

Light soy sauce |

| Method |

Soak vermicelli in hot water for 10 minutes,drain it
Now wash the cabbage and cut it in strips..De-
vein the prawns.In a bowl mix ginger, garlic, wine,
salt,soy and stock..Heat a pan [wok] add oil to it.
When oil reaches high add prawns and stir- fry until
they change colour ,set aside.Now in a hot pan add
cabbage and stir- fry for 1 minute.Add the mix liquids
and cook it for further 2 minutes.Add noodles to the pan
and toss until heated through.Add prawns to it and serve
hot.

You can substitute the Chinese cabbage with Mustard cabbage. If you are vegetarian, just skip-off the prawns and chicken stock.
