Rice Vermicelli With Prawns And

Ingredients
1 Rice vermicelli 250 grams
2 Chinese cabbage 8 leaves
3 Shelled raw prawns 250 grams
4 Peanut oil 3 tablespoons
5 Garlic, minced 2 cloves
6 Ginger, finely grated 1 teaspoon
7 Chinese wine or dry sherry 1 tablespoon
8 Salt to taste
9 Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
10 Chicken stock 1/2 cup
Method
Soak vermicelli in hot water for 10 minutes,drain it Now wash the cabbage and cut it in strips..De- vein the prawns.In a bowl mix ginger, garlic, wine, salt,soy and stock..Heat a pan [wok] add oil to it. When oil reaches high add prawns and stir- fry until they change colour ,set aside.Now in a hot pan add cabbage and stir- fry for 1 minute.Add the mix liquids and cook it for further 2 minutes.Add noodles to the pan and toss until heated through.Add prawns to it and serve hot.

Introduction of the dish
You can substitute the Chinese cabbage with Mustard cabbage. If you are vegetarian, just skip-off the prawns and chicken stock.
