Chinese noodles |

Soy sauce |

Peanut butter |

Rice wine vinegar |

Chili oil |
1 teaspoon |

Hot water |

Green onions or scallions, minced |

| Method |
Boil a good quantity of water in a large pot, add noodles and cook according
to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold running water, drain
well, put it in a bowl, add sesame oil, toss well and set aside.
In another bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, sugar, water and chili
oil, whisk well until all the ingredients are incorporated. Pour this sauce over
the noodles, toss to coat well. Add the green onions, toss and serve.
