Rice vermicelli or thin spaghetti |

Boneless and skinless chicken breasts |

| For the marinade- |

Teriyaki sauce |
2 tablespoons |

Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons |

Garlic, minced |
3 cloves |

Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons |

Ginger, finely grated |
1 teaspoon |

| Method |
Combine all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl, mix well to dissolve
sugar, add the chicken and toss well to coat all over, set aside for 2 hours.
Boil good quantity of water in a large pot, add noodles and cook according
to the package directions, drain. In a bowl , mix together soy sauce, sugar
and sesame oil and whisk well to dissolve sugar, pour this mixture over the
noodles, toss to coat well and transfer the noodles to the serving platter.
Garnish it with green onions and sesame seeds and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok, add chicken and cook until perfectly done, for about 10
minutes. Transfer to the plate and let it cool. When cool enough to handle,
cut the chicken breasts diagonally into thin strips. Place over the noodles
and serve.
