Sesame oil |

Soy sauce |

Oyster sauce |

Garlic, minced |

Corn starch |

Chinese wine or dry sherry |

| Method |
Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, corn starch and dry sherry, mix well
to dissolve sugar. Now add chicken pieces and toss well to coat all over, set
aside for 30 minutes.
Boil a good quantity of water in a large pan, add noodles and cook according
to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a wok, add the vegetables and cook until crisp tender.
Remove from the pan and set aside. Now add garlic to the wok and cook for
30 seconds. Add chicken strips and cook until done. Now add all the
vegetables and noodles to the wok. Add oyster sauce, stir well and serve.
