| Method |
|
Cook the rice first and set aside[day before is best].In a
large pan heat oil,add ginger and garlic and fry it for 30
minutes.Now add all the vegetables stir fry over high heat
for 5 minutes . Now add rice ,salt ,soy sauce ,black pepper and mix it well.Serve hot.
