| For sweet and sour sauce - |

Carrot ,sliced and boiled |

Light soy sauce |

Chinese wine or dry sherry |

| Method |
Wash the fish well,clean it and scale it.Dry it with the help of paper
towel . Mix salt and five spices and rub well on fish .Heat oil in a
frying pan ,dip fish into beaten egg and then into cornflour ,add into
a smoking hot oil .Fry for 4 minutes ,then turn and fry on other side.
Drain on paper and serve it with sweet and sour sauce.
For sauce - In a bowl mix soy sauce, wine ,tomato sauce,vinegar,sugar and
water and stir until sugar dissolved.Heat oil in a pan to smoking
hot,now add ginger,garlic,vegetables and fry for 3 minutes.Now
add cornflour mixed with cold water ,bring to a boil until thickens
serve with fried fish.
