Fresh red chili, finely chopped |

Canned Chinese pickle with juice,shredded |

Cornstarch or cornflour |

| Method |
|
Remove all skins and bone from fish and cut into short finger
lengths .Add salt ,ginger and egg white to it ,set it aside.Take
oil in a pan [wok] ,coat the fish with cornstarch and fry in oil over
medium heat.Drain on paper .
Heat a pan ,add pickle juice ,water ,sugar and salt and bring to a
boil .Now add cornflour mixed with cold water,again bring to a boil
until thickens.Add chopped pickles to it ,Take fish in a platter,pour
the sauce over and serve with rice.
