| Method |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f/180 degrees C.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a wok, over high heat, add apples and saute
them for 4 minutes, add sugar and cinnamon powder and fry the apples
until crisp. Add lychees and blackberries and stir carefully. Remove from the
heat and spoon the fruits into the gratin dish or small baking tray.
In a bowl, combine by rubbing together the sugar, butter and flour, until
crumbly. Sprinkle generously over the fruits to cover them. Bake for 20-25
minutes, until golden-brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish it with
sprig of mint and serve.
