Ingredients

Chicken wings |

Dark soy sauce |
1/3 cup |

Peanut oil |

Chinese wine or sherry |

Honey |
2 tablespoons |
| 6 |
Garlic, crushed |
2 cloves |
| 7 |
Fresh ginger, finely grated |
1/2 teaspoon |
| Method |
|
Cut each of the chicken wing into 3 pieces, discard the wing tip. Heat oil in
a wok and fry the chicken pieces on high heat until browned all over, for
about 5 minutes. Now add honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and wine, stir
well, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until
the chicken is tender. Serve.
