Roasting chicken, each cut into quarters |

Corn flour, mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold water |

| Method |

Rub the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and set aside for 1
hour. Heat oil in a wok, fry the chicken pieces skin side down, then turn and
brown the other side. Now add ginger and fry for 1 minute. Add lemon juice,
bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
Take the chicken out of the wok, cut into bite size pieces, return it back to the
wok. Then add corn flour mixture, bring to a boil and cook until the sauce
thickens. Garnish it with green onions and lemon slices and serve.
