Cooked rice, cold |

| Method |
|
Heat a vegetable oil in a wok over high heat, add the beaten eggs, stir to
scramble, remove from the wok and set aside. Now add the frozen peas and
stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the rice, mix well and fry until the grains are
separated. Now add the scramble eggs back to the wok, and stir through.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper, stir well and serve.
